Commandant's Tenets

1.  Taking care of your cadets is your first priority.
2.  Teaching them something is your second priority.
3.  Your actions teach them more than your words.
4.  Always remain calm
5.  Gather all the facts before jumping to a conclusion.
6.  Discipline comes from pride, not fear.
7.  Build your team on trust, not rules.
8.  You are in charge.  Everyone knows that.  Don’t act as if you have to prove it.
9.  Be yourself.
